Dr. Dalisay Sulit has over 40 years of medical experience including anesthesiology and pediatrics. She graduated from the Manila Central University in the Philippines and further trained at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.  Dr. Sulit served as the Director of Pediatrics at Komed Health Center in Chicago for several years before transitioning to the position of physician-consultant with the Chicago Department of Professional Health Regulations, where she served for 12 years. Her focus was quality improvement of the Chicago nursing home system.  Dr. Sulit currently serves as the Administrator of ALLIANCE.

In 2003, she was recognized as "businesswoman of the year" by the Asian American Alliance of Chicago.  Not just a businesswomen, Dr. Sulit is also a strong supporter of numerous charities.  By nature, she is a generous woman who believes in the value of helping others.

Ms. Perlas studied at one of the top universities in the Philippines, the University of the Philippines, and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Iloilo Doctors College. Upon relocating to Chicago, she was staffed at St. Bernard Hospital. There, she has held the positions of Medical Surgical Nurse, Emergency Room Nurse and Charge Nurse. Lolita is one of Alliance’s Nurse Supervisors. She brings 20 years of nursing experience to Alliance, where teamwork is part of the everyday cycle.

Our Staff Development Nurse Eva Vivian completed the nursing program at Cook County School of Nursing. She received her BS in Healthcare Administration at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL. Eva served as a trauma nurse specialist at Cook County Hospital for 15 years and at New Care Corporation, a long-term care facility, where she served as Administrator Over Education. Eva wrote the CNA training program at New Care, and between 1994-1997 she graduated over 300 CNA's. This dedicated nurse has worked with Alliance for over 13 years and continues to provide home healthcare to patients. In addition to overseeing Staff Development, Eva serves as our head Nurse Supervisor.

Reginaldo "Reggie" is the assistant administrator and marketing director at Alliance Home Healthcare. From 1997-2000, he was the administrator of Alliance Home Healthcare of northwest Indiana. In 2000, Reggie returned to Chicago and contributed to the rapid growth of the company which continues today. Prior to his commitment to Alliance, Reggie served as a research associate at the University of Chicago, Department of Neurology and published his research with two University doctors in the medical journal Stroke (1996). Reggie graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has completed post-graduate coursework in pharmacology, public health, and health care management.

Dr. Reynaldo Sulit has served as a Chicago physician & surgeon for over 40 years. Trained as an eye, ear, nose & throat specialist, he committed to specialize in Ophthalmology and he founded a medical practice at the Cataract & Glaucoma Clinic. Dr. Sulit trained at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center and Illinois Masonic Hospital in Chicago where he participated in the hospital’s very first cataract surgery. He has held the title of Chief of Ophthalmology at Little Company of Mary Hospital and Holy Cross Hospital. Dr. Sulit participated in the annual Norweigan American Hospital Medical Mission in the Philippines, a charity mission of medical care to underserved areas of the poverty-stricken country, his homeland. Now retired from medical practice, Dr. Sulit is a consultant at Alliance Home Healthcare.
